Demi-plié and spring into the air, traveling forward either croisé en avant or effacé en avant and opening the L foot to the fourth position back low to the floor. Come to the ground on the R foot in demi-plié and immediately glide the L toe along the floor to finish in demi-plié in the fifth position back, either croisé or effacé.
