足尖抛跳（俄罗斯学派）
（俄罗斯学派）脚尖上的 jeté。在俄罗斯学派中，此术语的用法相当于法兰西学派的“piqué”，即自 demi-plié 一步踏上单脚脚尖的动作。可做 petit（小）或 grand（大），适用于所有方向与舞姿。petit jeté 中，踏上脚尖后另一脚立即置于 sur le cou-de-pied，或前或后。grand jeté 中，动力腿先抬至 45 度，随即大幅上步至脚尖，另一腿以 attitude 或 arabesque 抬至 90 度。在 croisé、effacé devant 以及 écarté devant、derrière 等舞姿中，动力腿先上步至脚尖，另一腿则以快速的 développé 展开至相应舞姿。
Jeté on the point. In the Russian School this term is used like the French School term “piqué.” It is a step onto the point of one foot from a demi-plié. It is done either petit or grand in all directions and poses. In a petit jeté, after stepping on point, the other foot is immediately placed sur le cou-de-pied, either devant or derrière. In a grand jeté, the working leg is raised to 45 degrees, then a wide step is taken on point and the other leg raised at 90 degrees in attitude or arabesque. In the poses croisé and effacé devant and écarté devant and derrière, the working leg steps onto point and the other leg is raised to the pose with a quick développé.
