意为“带转身的持续（延展）assemblé（转半圈）”。en dedans（向内）：五位，右脚在后。左腿做 fondu，同时右脚向第二位置贴地滑出，脚尖点地（dégagé）。将右脚收至五位前，同时立起半脚尖。向左 pivot 转半圈（demi-détourné），面向教室后方结束，左脚在前。脚跟落下，在 demi-plié 中结束。en dehors（向外）：仍面向教室后方、左脚在前，右腿做 fondu，同时左脚向第二位置贴地滑出，脚尖点地（dégagé）。将左脚收至五位后，同时立起半脚尖。向左 pivot 转半圈（demi-détourné），面向教室前方结束，左脚在前。脚跟落下，在 demi-plié 中结束。
Assemblé sustained in turning (half-turns). En dedans: Fifth position R foot back. Fondu on the L leg and at the same time slide the R foot to the second position à terre, pointe tendue (dégagé). Draw the R foot into the fifth position front, rising on the demi-pointes. Pivot a half-turn to the left (demi-détourné) to face the back of the room, finishing with the L foot front.
