Gargouillade(水中冒泡/沸腾)的变体拼写,指“空中双划圆”这一极高难度的小跳。

A variant spelling of gargouillade (from the French for bubbling or splashing), referring to the double circle drawn in the air — a small jump of very high difficulty. From fifth position in demi-plié, the dancer springs and the working leg traces a complete rond de jambe en l’air outward, then immediately circles back inward; the legs take this in turn while the body stays vertical and steady. It demands exceptional elevation, free hips and fast leg control, and usually appears only in advanced classes or male variations — a showpiece displaying the lightness and agility of allegro work.
